Salt River Bistro
The Salt River Bistro, located in the main lobby on the first floor, is open Monday through Friday for breakfast, lunch, later afternoon snacks and meals to go. The Bistro serves healthy sandwiches, salads and soups, and features a full coffee bar.
Self-parking is available on the north side of the facility.
The healing courtyard symbolizes the journey patients and their families often travel. There are several gardens within the healing courtyard for patients and visitors to enjoy.
Boutique of Hope
The Boutique of Hope is on our second floor. This specialty shop offers an array of products designed to enhance appearance, boost self-confidence and help make the recovery process more comfortable.
Spanish medical interpreters are available if needed. More than 150 languages are also available through an over-the-phone interpretation system.
In addition to caring for your body, we want to support your mind and spirit. Our non-denominational chaplains can work with you and your health care team to ensure good communication about your personal goals in all aspects of your care.
There is a non-denominational chapel located on the first floor of Banner Gateway Medical Center across the street from Banner MD Anderson. The Chapel is open at all times for prayer and meditation.
The Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center Learning Center is on the first floor near the main lobby. Our specialized oncology library offers free access to a wealth of cancer-related education and resource material including pamphlets, books, DVDs, full-text medical journals and a variety of reference databases.
Wireless internet is available to patients and their families.
To protect the health of our patients, visitors and employees, Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center is proud to be a nonsmoking facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on our campus. Please respect our patients and staff by refraining from smoking. Patients who smoke are encouraged to talk with their nurse and physician about other options.
