NICU Parent Advisory Board
The Neonatal ICU (NICU) Parent Advisory Board is an invaluable resource to parents of little ones who require some extra care when they are born. The role of the members on this board is to provide guidance and perspective to the NICU at Cardon Children’s Medical Center about the issues of importance to parents and families.
This board serves as a link between the NICU and the families it serves. Members provide support to families in the NICU who desire to connect with parents who share a common experience. They participate in the development of new programs as well as policies and provide feedback regarding any changes that are made to the existing program that may affect patients and families. The NICU Parent Advisory Board is committed to ensuring that all patients and families received the best care possible while at Cardon Children’s.
