Spiritual Care Program

praying hands

Spiritual care is provided by our on-call volunteer chaplains.

The chaplain can provide an empathetic presence and offer prayer or spiritual counsel, if desired. Patients of any religious faith or background can access a chaplain, who has been trained to offer compassionate and hospitable care. The chaplain can also assist by contacting other community clergy, or another resource from a religious background desired by the patient.

Our chaplain may be able to help with grief, guilt, discouragement, fear, lack of meaning, little will to live, loneliness, family strain and discord.

To access a chaplain, please contact Volunteer Cooridinator, Molly Childs, at (307) 534-7241.
