Audio:  “The type of foods that should be included in a pregnant woman’s diet include a  variety of foods. So you should try to have your daily course of…”

 -Protein sources
 -Calcium rich foods 

Audio:  “…fruits, vegetables, meat, protein sources, calcium-rich foods. It’s just important to have a variety of food. You shouldn’t try to limit yourself to any one particular food, but making sure that  you’re getting the appropriate daily servings everyday.”

Audio:  “They are especially important because they provide a variety of vitamins that woman can’t typically get from their normal diet.”

And there’s the final benefit that after you have the baby, during that fourth trimester, that it assists you with losing the weight that you gained during your pregnancy.
