Dennis Laraway joined Banner Health in 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Banner Health, he was the Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer for Memorial Hermann Health System, a system of 19 hospitals operating in Houston, Texas. In this role, he oversaw an annual budget of more than $5 billion.
Laraway has also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Scott & White Healthcare in Temple, Texas. Before joining Scott & White Healthcare, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Catholic Healthcare West’s St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center (now part of Dignity Health) in Phoenix, AZ.
He hold a master’s degree in business administration from the Lally School of Management & Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
