Lynn Rosenbach joined Banner Health as CEO of Banner Home Care and Hospice in 2014. She was named to an additional role as vice president of Banner’s Post Acute Services in 2016.

Rosenbach previously served as senior vice president of clinical integration and system development at Optum, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. Before that, she was CEO of Southwest Medical Associates, Optum’s multispecialty medical group, which had 250 providers and more than 1,500 employees supporting nine medical clinics, five urgent care centers, an ambulatory surgery center, two senior centers and three home care subsidiaries.

Rosenbach also has served as president and administrator of Optum’s 400-employee home care division, where she was responsible for home health, hospice, infusion, specialty and long-term care pharmacy, and home medical equipment. There, she led implementation of state-of-the-art clinical information and telemonitoring systems, which improved patient care outcomes.

Rosenbach has a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from State University of New York at Cortland and a master’s in public health from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
