Vendor Visitation Restrictions

Banner Health is committed to the safety of our patients, staff, and visitors.  

As we continue to respond to COVID-19, we ask all vendors to restrict onsite activities at Banner Health facilities to the following approved business purposes: 

  • Deliveries of supplies and equipment  
  • Inventory replenishments  
  • Management of supplies and instruments in surgery suite and procedural areas 
  • Purchased services (e.g., linen services, waste removal, document shredding, etc.)  
  • Service calls for installations, repairs, and maintenance  
  • Recall management activities  
  • Construction and design activities  
  • Other essential services that cannot be performed remotely 

Onsite product demonstrations, introductory meetings, business reviews and other sales activities should be performed via virtual meetings unless specifically requested and authorized by Banner Health.
