We have designed the manuals in an effort to supply you and your staff with pertinent operational protocols, policies, procedures and regulatory expectations that will be critical to your success in working with BPN and administering the member benefit for each of the BPN product lines.
Our Provider Manuals are updated regularly to reflect the most current information. We strongly recommend viewing the manual online rather than downloading or saving the PDF to your computer to ensure you always have access to the latest version.
