Heart Conference

Health care professionals involved in the care of cardiovascular patients will benefit from this informative program. The Heart Conference is committed to providing you with quality, local and affordable continuing education. The conference will also provide an opportunity to network with colleagues and learn more about the CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado.

You will be asked to provide your email address on the first page. The vast majority of our communication and document exchange will be conducted online, there-fore a valid email address will be necessary. If you attended our conference last year, the system will remember your email address and ask you for a password. Don’t remember your password from last year’s conference? Simply click on “forgot password” next to the box and a link will be sent to your email to reset the password.

Group Registration

Group registration is possible. It will be necessary to provide the individual email address of each person you will be registering. This will assist with getting evaluations and CME/CEUs to each participant. Participants will not receive their CME/CEUs if they do not complete an online evaluation.

Please remember to return to the site to complete and finalize the registration process. Incomplete registrations will remain unverified until they are finalized.

Course Registration Information

Registration for the 19th Annual Heart Conference includes continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, all course material and CME. Participants who leave early will receive equivalents pro-rated CME.

  • Non-Banner Employees: $90
  • Students with valid ID: $40
