Children Are Priceless Passengers (CAPP) is a child safety seat class, open to the community, but a majority of the participants will be court ordered to attend. This class is a partnership between the Governors Office of Highway Safety, City Court Systems, and Cardon Children's Medical Center Injury Prevention Program.
Recalls, defects, snug fits, locking clips, seat belt systems, tethers, LATCH and “Is this even the right seat for my child?” Have your questions answered by the experts.
Instructor will assist parents with correct safety seat installation.
COST IS $35 PER CHILD VIOLATION AND MUST BRING CITATION TO CLASS ALONG WITH DRIVER'S LICENSE OR PICTURE ID.
If the participant has a child safety seat it must be brought to the class.
YOU HAVE TO ATTEND THE ENTIRE CLASS; LATE STUDENTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO STAY. CLASS STARTS AT 9:00AM YOU NEED TO SIGN IN PRIOR. CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN CLASS.

There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. Please contact (602) 230-CARE(2273) Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm to cancel or reschedule.
