This class is an insurance benefit and is FREE for those with the included plans, but registration is required to obtain the Microsoft Teams login information and phone number

This is a virtual class; participants will use their e-mail accounts and the Internet to access the audio and visual presentation on Teams. If a computer is not available, participants can call the provided number and listen to the class. Registrants will receive a link 1-3 days before the class date.

Class attendance will be taken prior to the beginning of the class, please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to the start of the class so that attendance can be taken.

This class will discuss nutrition basics and provide simple ways to prepare and cook healthy foods that taste great.
