The Caregiver Support Group consists of caregivers for heart, lung, liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant patients. This group was formed to provide support for the special challenges faced by caregivers of transplant patients. This group is confidential, nonjudgmental and offers a safe place to voice concerns, discuss issues and celebrate each other. A Licensed Social Worker facilitates the meetings, but members will determine the agenda topics and run the group.
If you are a caregiver to someone who has had an organ transplant or is awaiting transplant of any organ, please consider attending a monthly meeting.
