To be eligible for this class, the individual must have one of the following insurance plans: Banner|Aetna, BMA (DSNP, HMO, PPO), UHC-MA, Humana-MA, MSSP.
This class is an insurance benefit and is FREE for those with the included plans, including their loved ones, but registration is required to obtain the Microsoft Teams Login information and phone number.
We support and advocate for the health of our members with a diagnosis of diabetes, and those who support them! We meet every second Tuesday of each month at 12pm (noon). Invites will be sent out the day before the meeting. Once you have been sent an invite, click on Join Meeting or use the dial in number in the invite. Register now to receive an invite to the FREE community group. The one-hour sessions will be held by email (audio and visual display), or by phone (audio only).

• Share tips/strategies to ignite your health
• Receive expert guidance in topics such as: physical activity, nutrition, coping, stress, managing disease/life balance, burnout, and more!
