OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner Gateway- In Person

This class is open to any couple preparing to have a baby, especially those who are planning on delivering at Banner Gateway Medical Center. Topics include preparing for labor & deliver, stages of labor, Lamaze breathing techniques, medical options and practices and positions for labor and cesarean birth. A tour of the OB Unit is included.

This is a two day class that will take place on October 16^th and 23^rd from 6:30pm-9:30pm.

Please bring snacks, water and dress comfortably each class.

On the second class session please bring 2 pillows

Please register expectant mother only - spouse/birth partner is included.

Registrants will need to enter through the main entrance door, which is the right front Banner Gateway door.

Classroom:
Grand Canyon 1 and/or 2. Please stop at the Main entrance desk to ask for directions to the Grand Canyon conference rooms

CANCELLATION FEE:
There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date.
