This is a free 4-week series, 2-hour workshop to promote a balanced lifestyle. Topics include: healthy food that tastes great, quick healthy meals and snacks, eating healthy on a budget, tips for losing weight and keeping it off, and physical activity.
This event will be held on February 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. in the Conference Room.
