This class is a 4-week series workshops for those wanting to make achievable changes in their weight and eating habits. Topics include: meal planning, motivation, healthy exercise, and more to reduce the risk of chronic disease and live a healthy, active lifestyle.
Class will be held on March 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd, 2017 from 1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. in the Kaibab Room.
Walk-ins will be accepted to room capacity.
