This is a four-part series of workshops designed to address those wanting to make achievable changes in their weight and eating habits.
Topics include: meal planning, motivation, healthy exercise, and more to reduce the risk of chronic disease and live a healthy, active lifestyle.
This class will take place on February 2nd, 9th 16th & 23rd from 1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. in the Cottonwood Room – 1st Floor Main Hospital.
Walk-ins will be accepted to room capacity; registration preferred.
