This is a four-part series of workshops designed to address those wanting to make achievable changes in their weight and eating habits. Topics include: meal planning, motivation, healthy exercise, and more to reduce the risk of chronic disease and live a healthy, active lifestyle.
Class will be held on March 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. in the Bradshaw Room.
Walk-ins will be accepted to room capacity.
