This is a free 4-week series, 2-hour workshop to promote a balanced lifestyle. Topics include: healthy food that tastes great, quick healthy meals and snacks, eating healthy on a budget, tips for losing weight and keeping it off, and physical activity.
This event will be held on January 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. in the Primrose Room.
