A two-hour class designed to raise awareness of personal and home safety including 5 different easy-to-do exercises to improve your body's physical balance. Handouts include a home safety checklist and the exercises.
This class will be held in the Papago A Classroom from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Walk-ins will be accepted to room capacity; registration preferred.
