Treating Lung Conditions in Children

Physicians at Banner Children’s Pulmonology Specialists, located near Banner Thunderbird Medical Center, treat a variety of respiratory problems in children from the time they are newborns through their teenage years. Conditions treated include:

• Apnea/respiratory pauses
• Abnormal difficult or “hard” breathing
• Breathing and/or conditioning problems in young athletes
• Pneumonia
• Recurrent croup
• Respiratory difficulties associated with feeding problems

Banner Children’s physicians provide consultations and ongoing care, with a pediatric pulmonologist available 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
