Sometimes, your child’s doctor might order some lab work. We know you and your child don’t want to have to worry about having these diagnostics done. That’s why we use extra care and a lot of compassion in the lab at Banner Children’s at Desert. Our job is to provide accurate and timely results, so your doctor can get the answers needed to make a diagnosis.
Our laboratory uses various techniques to examine samples from blood, body fluids, bone marrow, lymph nodes and other tissues from both adults and children. Your doctor may order one or more of these tests:
