Which Prescriptions Can I Fill?

Banner Family Pharmacy – Home Delivery is designed for your convenience. We can even fill 90-day prescriptions for some maintenance medications.

Please note, short-term prescriptions such as antibiotics should be filled at your retail pharmacy of choice. Some medications cannot be mailed or may have specific delivery restrictions.

How to Enroll for Home Delivery

Enrolling in Banner Family Pharmacy – Home Delivery is easy!

Transfer Your Prescription Online

Patients may transfer their prescription online here.

There are three easy steps to move your prescription via our online prescription transfer form:

  • Step 1: Choose the Banner Family Pharmacy pickup location that works best for you.
  • Step 2: Enter details around your prescription, including the pharmacy that last filled your prescription.
  • Step 3: Enter personal details, such as name, phone number and date of birth. 

Phone-In Enrollment

  • Step 1: Call (844) 747-6441 and a member of our team will talk you through the enrollment process.
  • Step 2: Set up your payment with us through the phone. We can talk you through payment options, answer any questions you may have and collect your payment information over the phone.
  • Step 3: Transfer your prescription over to us by contacting your doctor to request your prescription be sent to our pharmacy.

For all of these enrollment options, your doctor can:

  • E-prescribe the prescriptions to Banner Family Pharmacy.
  • Fax the prescriptions to (602) 747-2170.
  • Call the prescriptions in at (844) 747-6441.

What If My Medications Require Special Handling?

If your prescription needs to be refrigerated, Banner Family Pharmacy – Home Delivery provides special care for proper handling. We make sure temperature sensitive medications are accompanied by a cold gel pack and then shipped overnight or via next-day delivery. We will wrap your medication in bubble wrap and pack it in an insulated bag.

Can I Receive the Generic Brand?

Yes, we will automatically fill your prescription with the generic equivalent if it is available, unless your doctor recommends the brand name medication. Your copay for generic medications is generally less than your copay for brand name medications.
