AHCCCS is launching the AHCCCS Solutions Center, a new, centralized platform designed to make it easier to connect with AHCCCS and submit requests on behalf of Providers. This webinar will introduce the AHCCCS Solutions Center and walk participants through the initial setup process, helping you get started with confidence. 

If you currently communicate with AHCCCS on a regular basis, we strongly encourage you to attend this upcoming training. 

This training is a great fit for: 

  • Providers 
  • Office staff, administrators, and delegates 
  • Vendors or partners who interact with AHCCCS on behalf of Providers   

During the webinar, AHCCCS will cover: 

  • What the AHCCCS Solutions Center is and how it supports Provider interactions 
  • How to create, confirm, and set up your account 
  • Tips for navigating the platform and understanding what to expect when engaging with AHCCCS 

While attendance is not required, it is strongly encouraged to help ensure a smooth transition and to take full advantage of the new AHCCCS Solutions Center.

A separate webinar will be focused on Administrators and Managers responsible for granting access to other users within their organization for the purpose of engaging with AHCCCS on behalf of providers.
