Birth prep classes will meet twice. Some classes may meet on two consecutive nights and some may meet weekly for two weeks. Please check your dates carefully when you register.
This class is offered online and is recommended for all expectant mothers and their support person during the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy. Topics covered include preparing for labor and delivery, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation exercises, comfort measures, positions for labor and delivery, postpartum changes, as well as medical options and practices.
