OB Childbirth Preparation Class- Banner Churchill- In Person

We recommend this class to all expectant mothers and their support person during the 7^th or 8^th month of pregnancy. Topics include: preparing for labor and delivery, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation exercises, comfort measures, positions for labor and delivery, postpartum changes, as well as medical options and practices.
