The bylaws provide the framework for the medical staff organization and the legal structure for medical staff operations, rights and obligations of staff membership and relations between the Medical Staff and the Banner Health Board of Directors.
This information pertains to the responsibilities of practitioners who care for patients on the campus.
Any practitioner whose membership and/or privileges are denied, revoked, suspended, reduced or otherwise limited is entitled to a hearing upon timely and proper request unless the limitation constitutes non-reviewable action as defined in the Bylaws.
