Brock Jones
MDM PITCHING PERFORMANCE ASSISTANT COACH
Brock is a former professional baseball player and dedicated pitching coach with a passion for developing athletes at every level. He attended W.F. West High School in Washington, where he developed his game through hard work and natural ability on the mound.
In 2019, he was selected in the 16th round of the Major League Baseball Draft by the Arizona Diamondbacks straight out of high school, launching his professional career and underscoring his potential as a high-level pitcher. He went on to spend five years in the Diamondbacks organization, gaining valuable experience competing at the professional level.
His first year with the Diamondbacks, he faced a major setback when he underwent Tommy John surgery. Through discipline and perseverance, he attacked the rehabilitation process and successfully returned to the field, continuing to compete for three more years following the procedure.
Now, drawing on his professional playing background, Jones is committed to developing the next generation of pitchers as a coach. He uses his firsthand experience to guide athletes in refining mechanics, building effective arm care routines and strengthening the mental side of the game.
With a foundation built on resilience and experience, Jones continues to give back to the game by helping athletes reach their full potential.
