Miles Moeller is co-founder and owner of MDM Pitching Performance, a premier baseball pitching performance company dedicated to developing elite-level pitchers in-house through a data-driven, personalized approach. Combining the HPC’s advanced biomechanics, motion capture technology, force plate readings, strength training and individualized coaching, MDM helps athletes optimize velocity, command and arm health. Its programs integrate sports science, performance analytics and recovery protocols to improve efficiency on the mound and reduce injury risk. Serving athletes from youth to MLB players, MDM Pitching Performance bridges the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world pitching performance, empowering players to reach their full potential.

Moeller offers a distinct and rare background that combines experience as both a professional pitcher and professional pitching coach, backed by a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Sports Medicine—providing a unique blend of on-field expertise and science-based training knowledge to develop elite-level pitchers at all levels. He brings a high-level track record of success working with not only top-tier Power 4 D1 baseball programs such as U of A, TCU, USC and Baylor, but also directly with multiple MLB organizations including the Braves, Dodgers, Rays, Mets and Diamondbacks. He is also known for developing numerous high school pitchers into draft picks in recent years, including a 1st rounder in 2024.
