Accepted Health Insurance
Banner Health accepts most major insurances. If you have any questions about coverage, please contact your insurer prior to your visit.
Patients are asked to pay their insurance co-payment at the time of their visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover as well as personal checks or cash. Any outstanding balance is due within 30 days.
Make a Difference by Volunteering
Banner Home Care and Hospice volunteers carry on a long and respected tradition of making a difference to patients, families and staff by sharing their time, skills and caring. To be considered, applicants must be available to volunteer a minimum of 2 hours a week.
To apply for a volunteer assignment please complete and submit the Banner Home Care and Hospice Adult Volunteer Application. If you are 16 or 17 years old and are interested in volunteering please call (480) 657-1100.
Volunteer assignments include but are not limited to:
- Patient support
- Home, facility and hospital visits
- Bereavement support
- Pet Therapy
- Administrative support
We invite selected candidates to participate in an interview, background check, health screening, orientation and assignment training. Banner Home Care and Hospice provides all screenings at no cost to you, along with many other benefits of volunteering.
