Our Banner Health Clinic is a multidisciplinary practice currently focused on motility disorders. Our comprehensive care model also includes nutrition services to support and address the full scope of each patient’s needs. 

Our plan is to expand our services to provide more comprehensive, patient-centered care in the future, including:

We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Any remaining balance is due within 30 days.
