Banner Urgent Care

First time back here in three years and it continues to be a place that is efficient and gets you in and out as quickly as possible. Thanks Dr. Jay and crew for helping me feel better than when I walked in.

Jay the PA is so nice along with all the other staff members. From the moment I walked in until I left I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I was in a tremendous amount of pain when my Husband brought me in, the front office Mgr asked me right off if I would like an ice pack after she found out what was wrong, I said yes it helped with the 15 minute wait. I believe in answer to the question I think I heard her say that they charge everyone a flat rate of $75.00, but I don't know if that's with insurance only? I'm sure they would tell you if you called them Also you can make on-line appointments or telephone appointments. They got me x-rayed soon they knew basically what we all thought but he said he would have to wait till the Radiologist's confirmation and he would call me in a couple hours at home if that was okay? In the meantime he would treat me the same way anyways. A shot for pain and inflammation and mobilization and in the next 10 minutes the Radiologist's report came over and it was confirmed what he thought so I was mobilized on my right side shoulder for a chip crack fracture whatever you want to call it on the end of my collar bone that attached to my shoulder that was really killing me. I was so grateful for Jay and his Staff, the Shot was kicking in and my arm was tightly mobilized which helped so my Husband could take me home. I was able to get a restful night sleep last night and I know without a doubt that would not have been possible if I had not gone to Banner Urgent Care and see Jay and his wonderful staff. Thank you so much everyone.

Visited here twice this month and all the staff were very accommodating to my particular needs... I’m thankful I came here for my urgent needs... thank you guys so much! Veronica is a sweetheart ❤️ Made both visits very pleasant.

I love that I can make an appointment on line. Sometimes the wait is more than 20 minutes even though I scheduled an appointment. The PA is knowledgeable and helpful.

My medical issue was taken seriously, privately, and professionally. I received quality care and a prescription for resolving my issue. I will highly recommend Banner Urgent Care to all of my friends and family.
