Friendly staff and attentive doctors. I was very pleased with both of my visits. I would highly recommend and I will certainly go there again if necessary. ::UPDATE:: I went in again today, 4/3/2021 for a pre catherization covid test. I was greeted right away by a very friendly staff member and taken back to get the test. I only had to wait less than 5 minutes and the test was done and I was on my way. I highly recommend this facility! Update on 9/14/21::: I had to be tested again for covid after being exposed to a neighbor who had tested positive yesterday. Once again I was greeted right away and I only waited a few minutes before I was called back to be examined and have the covid test administered. The nurse and doctor you took care of me we're both very polite, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Banner Urgent Care for those things that happen unexpectedly and need fast and professional attention!

Once again, exceptional and professional experience from the moment I walked in. There was no wait. I was quickly assessed and diagnostics/treatment began. I took a significant fall off my bike last Th and have yet been able to see anyone on my PCP team, in fact not available until the end of Dec.
