Q: What is the Back to School Campaign?
A: This incentive offers a $25 reward to B – UFC/ACC members ages 3 – 21 years, who attends their first Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) /Well-Child visit of 2026, between June 1 and December 31, 2026.
