Healthy Habits for Diabetes Prevention

Healthy Habits is a three week, virtual series for those with prediabetes, at high risk for developing diabetes or interested in learning more. The series will occur four times during 2025.

Daily Care: Living Your Best Life With Diabetes

Those with a diagnosis of diabetes or prediabetes are invited to attend. Daily Care is an in-person, interactive presentation. Discussions will include nutrition and physical activity, as wellas provide time for your diabetes-related concerns. These events are every other month, starting in February, in Tucson.

Let's Talk About Diabetes

Those with a diabetes diagnosis are invited to attend. Join to listen and talk about taking control of your health. Topics include staying healthy, managing blood glucose, practicing good nutrition, exercising, losing weight and using continuous glucose monitors. This series is offered throughout the year.

Ignite Your Health

This is a community group of support for those with diabetes or prediabetes. Topics change monthly. The group meets virtually with several hybrid options during the year.

Tribal Health - Intergenerational Health: Preventing and Managing Diabetes

This group is designed to create discussions of the unique challenges and opportunities of our Native American members with diabetes. Share your stories and ideas to encourage your family and community to embrace their health. Join to learn; join to share. This program is offered several times during the year.
