Wellness and the Autistic Family | April 24, 2025; 2pm
While as a society, autism is understood better now than ever before, there is still much to learn. This talk will shed light on some of the unique, and sometimes difficult, situations autistic people and families encounter daily. Discover how to help families navigate obstacles by better understanding autism-related needs, effective tools, and strengths common to the autistic population. 

Nutrition During Pregnancy | June 12, 2025; 2pm
Learn how your diet and lifestyle contribute to a healthy pregnancy. Explore key nutrients and how to include those in your diet, learn pregnancy dos and don’ts, and understand resources that are available to support expecting families.

Healthy Living for the Post Menopausal Woman | August 14, 2025; 2pm
Feeling like menopause has taken control of you? Join us to learn how diet, sleep, exercise, weight management, and medical screening play a role in your well-being. We will also explore some of the vitamins, supplements, and natural remedies that are marketed with claims to minimize menopausal symptoms.

Cancer Prevention for the Latina Woman | October 23, 2025; 2pm
With a focus on raising awareness about the importance of early detection, healthy lifestyle choices, and reducing cancer risk factors, this class will provide actionable information specific to the needs of the Latina woman.

Health and Wellness for Our Veterans | November 6, 2025; 2pm
Empower your health with a class designed specifically for veterans, focusing on the critical connection between nutrition and overall wellness. Learn how to make informed food choices, manage weight, and boost energy while addressing common veteran-specific health concerns such as managing chronic conditions, reducing stress, and improving mental health. Diabetes Education in the American Indian Community | November 20, 2025; 2pm
