Wellness Together

Habits start in childhood. Help your growing family develop healthy patterns early. Join us for a four-week program focused on enhancing your family’s nutrition and physical activity habits. Participants will receive guidance from group leaders on how to eat well and stay active together. We will provide important information you need to get started and keep going. The sessions are scheduled at various times to meet your needs. Each month features four sessions to guarantee a complete approach to wellness.
