What will the new member portal look like?

The new portal will look very similar to the current one. You may notice a few new links and information located in new areas.

What is the link for the new member portal?

You can visit the new portal at: bpnmemberportal.bannerhealth.com

You can also find the link on our website: https://www.bannerhealth.com/medicaid/acc

How do I know the site is safe?

You can check if the site is secure by looking for:

  • A lock icon near the website address
  • The website address starting with https
  • These signs mean your information is protected

Why is Banner – University Family Care/ACC changing the member portal?

We are moving to a new system that connects better with our internal tools. This helps us:

  • See your requests faster
  • Make updates more quickly
  • Share more up-to-date information

Will I still have access to my old account?

No. Your old account will be turned off on 8/28/2026.

Do I need to resend requests I made in the old portal?

No, we will take care of requests in the old portal before we close it out.

Will my old information move to the new portal?

No. Your old account information will not be transferred.

How can I get help with my new account?

Please contact our Customer Care Center at 800-582-8686, TTY 711 if you need help.

What can I do in the member portal?

You can:

  • Change your primary care provider (PCP)
  • Update your address, phone number or email
  • View your member ID or ask for a copy
  • Send a secure message
  • Search for providers
  • View member materials

How will I know my request was received?

The portal will provide additional information after you submit your request.

What information do I need to set up my account?

You will need:

  • First and last name
  • Member ID number
  • Date of birth
  • Address (city, state and ZIP code)
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)

Can my child have their own account?

No. Members under age 18 cannot have their own portal account.

Will my saved link still work?

No. You will need to save the new link: bpnmemberportal.bannerhealth.com.
