Our goal is to make sure you get the care you need, when you need it. That’s why we work hard to give you the best service possible.

We’re proud to share that B – UFC/ALTCS has earned a top award from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). This group checks how well health plans take care of their members. We got the highest rating for a Medicaid Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) on February 22, 2023. This means we meet high standards and give care that puts people first.

The NCQA also shared some good things they noticed about our team:

• We were well organized and shared our work clearly
• Our files for checking staff and handling appeals were well prepared

This award shows that we’re doing a great job helping our members, partners, and community.
