The wellness programs below are open to all Banner – University Family Care/ALTCS (B – UFC/ALTCS) members at no additional cost.

Dial Into Diabetes

Do you have diabetes and are a B – UFC/ALTCS member? You can join the Dial into Diabetes program! This program is offered at no cost to you and helps you learn how to manage your diabetes. You'll get help from diabetes experts through phone calls or video chats. They will teach you about diabetes and support you.

Fall Prevention Program

Have you almost fallen in the past year? Are you worried about falling? If yes, you might be able to join a 6 - 8 week program that helps prevent falls.

This program teaches you how to lower your chances of falling. A registered dietitian will also provide nutrition education on how to best equip your body to prevent falls.

Nutrition for Controlling Blood Pressure 

This program helps you control high blood pressure through diet. You'll learn simple eating habits that you can keep doing every day.

The program uses a special eating plan called DASH, which stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. This plan has been proven to work. You'll also learn other healthy habits that help lower your blood pressure.

ThriveWell Depression Management Program

If you’ve been feeling down, caring support is here to help. 

The ThriveWell program works with you and your doctor to help you feel better. You'll get support and coaching to set personal goals for your health and well-being. This program helps reduce depression symptoms and improves your life.
