You want quality care and support where you are and when you need it. We’re here for you and have created a Medicare Advantage plan with medical and member resources designed to fit your lifestyle. 

Our Customer Care Center is available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday - Friday at (833) 516-1007.

We also provide resources via telephone and online to ensure you have access to the health information and support you need 24 hours per day, seven days per week (24/7). 

Nurse Now

We know that medical issues and questions don’t always happen when your doctor’s office is open. That’s why Banner Medicare Advantage members have access to registered nurses (RN) through Banner Nurse Now. As part of your Banner care team, Nurse Now RNs will update your PCP on your condition and any recommendations provided to you during your Nurse Now call.

Available 24 hours per day, seven days a week (24/7), Nurse Now is a free health care advice service included in your Banner Medicare Advantage plan. 

Banner Telehealth

Sometimes, the best way to stay healthy is to stay home. That’s why we offer Banner Telehealth through providers across primary care and most major medical specialties, including specialists from Banner MD Anderson Cancer Centers and Banner Alzheimer’s Institute. You can receive quality care from your Banner medical provider in the safety and comfort of your own home. Banner Telehealth appointments are based on the medical provider’s office hours.  

MyBanner Care Portal 

As a Banner Medicare Advantage member, you will have access to the MyBanner Care Portal through your computer, laptop, or smartphone. Your personal information is accessible to you securely 24/7. MyBanner Care Portal enables you to: 

  • View eligibility and plan benefits 
  • Change your PCP 
  • Request a Member ID card 
  • Update personal contact information 
  • And more  

Pyx Health Smartphone App

We believe that a happy mind supports better health. That’s why we’ve partnered with Pyx Health to bring you a state-of-the art mobile application – at no cost – for times when you may need a little emotional support. With Pyx Health, you won’t feel alone on your path to optimal health and you’ll feel connected to your Banner care team. 

Accessible through your smartphone 24/7, Pyx Health provides a personal, healthy interaction during times of stress or maybe when you’re just feeling lonely. During those times, if you need a little extra support, this app can help you find the right tools to address your needs and help improve your mood.
