- Wash your hands often.
- Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
- Try not to touch your eyes, nose and mouth.
- Stay home when you’re sick.
- Try not to be around people who are sick.
- Keep your immune system strong by eating a healthy diet, staying active, getting enough sleep and managing stress.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces that are touched a lot – phones, keyboards, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, countertops, etc.
