TIMNATH, Colo. (April 20, 2026) – Banner Health is expanding access to primary care and pediatrics in Northern Colorado with a new, larger clinic location in Timnath, designed to meet growing demand in the Fort Collins area.
The new Banner Health Clinic, opening April 27, will provide additional space to serve more patients and continue to offer comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including family medicine and pediatrics. The new clinic, 5451 E. Harmony Rd., Building 2, replaces the clinic on Signal Tree Drive. That location will see patients through April 23.
“All of our providers are accepting new patients, and this new space allows us to continue growing alongside the community,” said Colleen Anderson, operations director for Banner’s western region. “Timnath is one of Banner Medical Group’s top-performing clinics for patient experience and quality, and expanding this location helps ensure we can continue delivering that level of care as demand increases.”
The Banner Health Clinic in Timnath offers a full range of primary care services, including well-woman exams, well-child checks, medication management, Medicare wellness exams, immunizations, sports physicals and same-day care for acute needs. Patients can establish long-term relationships with providers who understand their health history and support their care over time.
The expanded clinic includes an on-site Horizon laboratory, providing walk-in blood draws, urinalysis, specialized testing and direct access testing for both clinic patients and the broader community. The additional space also supports Banner’s ongoing efforts to recruit new providers and increase appointment availability.
The clinic will include providers specializing in family medicine and pediatrics with the same team from the Signal Tree location, including Anna Venardi, DO, Leslie Liebig, PharmD, Lee Sommerfeld, DO, Amanda Zimmerman, FNP, Paige Helm, FNP and Danielle Lattes, DO. The clinic welcomes the addition of Adam Ploegman, DO and Alice Antonescu, MD, who are joining the location from the Banner Fort Collins Medical Center clinic. The full care team will continue to grow as Banner expands services in the region.
