Who: Joe Pagac, muralist and artist, Tucson and southern Arizona emergency and first responder captains and team members, including Tucson Fire Department, Tucson Police Department, Rural Metro, AMR, Northwest Fire and others, and members of Banner – University Medicine Trauma and Emergency Medicine teams and other hospital leaders.
