Question: How do I get a copy of medical records?

Answer: You can request a copy of medical records online through your patient account or you can contact the facility or physicians’ office directly and ask for the medical records department. To find the phone number of a Banner Health facility or physician’s office, please see our phone list.

Question: How can I speak with someone in the billing department?

Question: How can I volunteer at a facility?
