How to access your health education

Finding your education and tools

Look for the “Education and Tools” section in the side menu of your Banner Health account. Click to view your personalized health education resources. You can return to these materials any time.

Accessing Your Health Education

Email Access

• You’ll get an email from Banner Health with a link to your health education.
• Confirm your identity using the instructions provided.
• Click to view your personalized health resources.

Banner Health Account Access

• Sign into your Banner Health account.
• Go to the “Education and Tools” section.
• View the videos, e-books and guides selected for you.

Note: if your care team has not selected personalized education or tools for you or you have not linked your assigned education to your patient account, you may not see the Education and Tools option in the menu. If you have not linked your assigned education account, please follow the steps below.

Link assigned education to Banner Health Account

• Sign into your Banner Health account in a different tab.
• Click on the following link account.bannerhealth.com/app/dtx
• Follow the instructions to link your account

Viewing your education

• Open the email from Banner Health.
• Click the button in the email to access your health education.
• You will see a page with all the education selected for you.
• Choose the content you want to view - videos, e-books or reference guides.
• You can organize your learning by pinning important items to the top, sorting content and archiving completed items.
