Can I Get Help With My Knee Condition?
Our orthopedic knee specialists can help you with many different injuries, problems and conditions that affect your knees. How Do I Keep My Knees Healthy?
It’s easier to maintain healthy knees if you follow these wellness tips:

- Try to avoid high-heeled shoes if possible
- Avoid activities that bend your knee past a 90-degree angle, such as deep leg bends, to limit stress on your knee
- Keep a healthy weight, as each pound of extra weight equals about 4 pounds of stress on your knees
