What Surgical Treatments Are Available?
At Banner Health, our goal is to help you be as healthy as possible. When you need surgery, we’re your partners to help you get back to good health. Our surgical teams perform thousands of surgeries every year, using a variety of procedures for many conditions. Surgical treatments we provide include:
Comprehensive Surgical Care
We focus on providing you the best surgical experience possible. Specialized services help us do that. The surgical care area is where your entire surgical team — surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses — works together to care for you before, during and after surgery.
The intensive care unit (ICU) is where your care team can monitor and provide a higher level of care if needed as you begin your recovery. Special services and procedures to help you manage your pain help you recover faster.

Our surgeons perform traditional open surgery, but we use minimally invasive procedures whenever we can.
