This prenatal class covers all the information you need to get started nursing your baby including breastfeeding techniques, nutrition, breast milk production/storage, and going back to work. We encourage your spouse or support person to attend this class with you (register just the Expecting Mom). This class is recommended 6-8 weeks prior to due date.
Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).

West Tower Conference Rooms A and B. The doors will be locked, your instructor will be at the doors to let you in. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
