This class is open to any couple preparing to have a baby, especially those who are planning on delivering at Banner Wyoming Medical Center. Topics include preparing for labor & deliver, stages of labor, Lamaze breathing techniques, medical options and practices and positions for labor and cesarean birth. A tour of the OB Unit is included.
Please bring snacks, water, 2 pillows and dress comfortably for the class.
Please register expectant mother only - spouse/birth partner is included.

Wesr Tower Conference Rooms A and B. The doors will be locked, your instructor will be at the doors to let you in. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
